Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of the terms

By accessing or using Host Guia you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of the service

Host Guia lets vacation rental hosts create digital welcome guides opened through a QR code. The service includes creating and managing guides, Wi-Fi credentials, check-out checklists, local recommendations and usage analytics.

3. User accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
  • An account is for a single user; sharing it is not allowed.
  • You can cancel your account at any time from Settings.

4. Plans and billing

  • The free trial lasts 14 days and requires no card. When it ends, choose a plan to continue; your data is kept.
  • Plans are billed monthly or yearly, as you choose. Lodging capacity and amounts are shown before you subscribe.
  • You can cancel at any time; access to the plan continues until the end of the billed period.

5. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • Publish illegal or misleading content or content that infringes third-party rights.
  • Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications to guests.
  • Attempt to access other users’ data or internal systems.
  • Resell or redistribute the service without written authorization.

6. Intellectual property

Host Guia’s software, design and brand are the exclusive property of Host Guia. The content you enter (texts, recommendations, images) is yours; you grant us a limited license to show it to your guests.

7. Service availability

We strive to keep the service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may carry out scheduled maintenance with prior notice when possible.

8. Limitation of liability

Host Guia is not liable for indirect losses, loss of revenue or damages arising from use of the service. Total maximum liability will not exceed the amount paid in the last 3 months.

9. Changes

We may update these terms by notifying you by email at least 15 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date implies acceptance.
