The lodging’s guide is the same for everyone. You can also create a link for each stay: it greets the guest by name, shows their dates and applies that booking’s access codes and times. That link stops working when the stay ends.
No. Neither you nor your guests need to install anything. The guide is a web page that opens from the QR code, in the phone’s browser.
